American Red Cross Adult and Pediatric CPR/AED

This course is delivered in a Hybrid format (part online and part in-person). Participants will complete online part prior to in-person skills session. The online session introduces participants to the knowledge-based aspects of Adult and Pediatric CPR/AED, as well as the skills they will practice and master during the in-person skills session. Details on how to access the online session will be emailed when registration is complete. The American Red Cross Adult and Pediatric CPR/AED program helps participants recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac and breathing emergencies for adults. This course teaches the knowledge and skills needed to give immediate care to adult and pediatric patients and to decide whether advanced medical care is needed in a cardiac or breathing emergency.

American Red Cross Adult and Pediatric First Aid and CPR/AED

American Red Cross Basic Life Support

The online session introduces participants to the knowledge-based aspects of Basic Life Support, as well as the skills they will practice and master during the in-person skills session. Details on how to access the online session will be emailed when registration is complete. The American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) course provides participants with the knowledge and skills they need to assess, recognize and care for patients who are experiencing respiratory arrest, cardiac arrest, airway obstruction or opioid overdose. When a patient experiences a life-threatening emergency, healthcare providers need to act swiftly and promptly. The course emphasizes providing high-quality care and integrating psychomotor skills with critical thinking and problem solving to achieve the best possible patient outcomes.

American Red Cross First Aid

BLS for Healthcare Provider CPR

The Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers Course is designed to provide a wide variety of healthcare professionals the ability to recognize several life-threatening emergencies, provide CPR, use an AED, and relieve choking in a safe, timely and effective manner. This course is for healthcare professionals who need to know how to perform CPR, as well as other lifesaving skills, in a wide variety of in-hospital and out-of-hospital settings. CPR Instructor Renewal

This American Heart Association course is a recertification for current CPR Instructors. Any new materials and new procedures will be included in this 4-hour class. Students must bring their current instructor card. You MUST pre-register.

Electrical Licensing I

Class will cover a minimum of 8 hours on code with the additional 8 hours on related topics. These classes are tailored to fit class needs and requirements and will also cover the changes in the National Electrical Code and Calculations. Electrical Safety

In this course, students will review practices commonly associated with electricity on mobile equipment. Students will be able to recognize what not to do when servicing or performing maintenance on electrical equipment. Learning objectives: • Learn why it is wrong to short-circuit start a piece of equipment • Learn the correct process of connecting a booster battery • Learn about the dangers of current • Understand what to do if someone is being electrically shocked This course will be delivered online. Forklift Safety Training

Whether you are an inexperienced operator looking to become certified for the first time, or an expert operator just needing to renew your certification, this training option is great for everyone. This course is comprised of a theoretical classroom session in which you will cover important topics such as how to safely operate a forklift with pedestrians around, how to perform a pre-operational inspection, and understanding capacity requirement and load centers, along with practical forklift driver training. Course covers mandatory instruction required per 29 CFR 1910.178.

In this online course, you will learn to use both online and equipment mounted remote sensing solutions. Tools that will be covered include handheld, mounted equipment, and online satellite solutions. This course will be delivered online. Hydraulic Safety / SEGURIDAD HIDRÁULICA

In this course, we will discuss and talk about safety concerns involved with hydraulic circuits. This course will allow students to understand the lack of OSHA regulations involved with hydraulics. We will look at common practices for working around hydraulics and how they can be dangerous. Lastly, understand how hydraulic systems are not safe from a lockout/tagout point of view.
