Transcript Request

Admissions and Registration is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and security of academic records for the college.

Northeast Community College has partnered with Parchment Inc. to provide online transcript fulfillment at a cost of $3.00 per transcript. You can order both paper and electronic transcripts through the site. Transcripts cannot be released if you have unmet financial obligations to Northeast. Your card will only be charged once your order has been completed. If your order is unable to be processed, your card will not be charged.

Your Northeast Community College transcript will display your current name in our student information system. If your name has changed since you last attended and you want your transcript to reflect that name, you will need to complete the Name Change Form and submit supporting documentation prior to requesting a transcript.

Unofficial transcripts can be accessed at no charge through your My Northeast account in the My Apps portal. Not all prior students will be able to access an unofficial transcript. If you need assistance, please contact the Northeast Service Center at (402) 844-4357 or help@northeast.edu.

Official transcripts will bear the signature of the Northeast Community College Registrar.
