Transcript Request
Admissions and Registration is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and security of academic records for the college.
Northeast Community College has partnered with Parchment Inc. to provide online transcript fulfillment at a cost of $3.68 per transcript. You can order both paper and electronic transcripts through the site. Transcripts cannot be released if you have unmet financial obligations to Northeast. Your card will only be charged once your order has been completed. If your order is unable to be processed, your card will not be charged.
Your Northeast Community College transcript will display your current name in our student information system. If your name has changed since you last attended and you want your transcript to reflect that name, you will need to complete the Name Change Form and submit supporting documentation prior to requesting a transcript.
Unofficial transcripts can be accessed at no charge through your My Northeast account in the My Apps portal. Not all prior students will be able to access an unofficial transcript. If you need assistance, please contact the Northeast Service Center at (402) 844-4357 or help@northeast.edu.
Official transcripts will bear the signature of the Northeast Community College Registrar.
How To Request Your Transcripts
- Login to your My Apps account at northeast.edu/students
- Click the Transcript Request icon to be directed to the order site.
- If sending a copy of your transcript to another college, enter that institution's name in the search box and click search to find that institution's information. Continue through the steps on the ordering site to place your order.
- If sending a copy of your transcript to yourself or a specific individual, click the hyperlink under the search bar to enter the order information.
*If you want a transcript sent after grades are recorded for the current term, please click that option while ordering online.
*If you need a document included with your transcript order, make sure you upload the completed document at the time of ordering. If you don't include the document with the order, we will not be able to include it when the request is completed and you will need to complete a new order. No refunds will be issued.
*If you also attended prior to 1994 Fall, your request may require additional processing time.
*It is the requestor's responsibility to provide the correct delivery address. Refunds will not be issued due to an incorrect address.
*Printed transcripts may be requested directly from the Admissions and Registration Office by submitting a completed Transcript Request Form. There is a $5.00 charge per copy. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing.
Option One:
- If you remember your student ID, log in to your My Apps account at northeast.edu/students or claim your My Apps account if you haven't previously.
- Click the Transcript Request icon to be directed to the order site.
- If sending a copy of your transcript to another college, enter that institution's name in the search box and click search to find that institution's information. Continue through the steps on the ordering site to place your order.
- If sending a copy of your transcript to yourself or a specific individual, click the hyperlink under the search bar to enter the order information.
Option Two:
- Access the Transcript Request Order Site
- Click the "Create Account" link, and enter the required information to create a Northeast Parchment account. You can use this account each time you need to order a transcript.
- If sending a copy of your transcript to another college, enter that institution's name in the search box and click search to find that institution's information. Continue through the steps on the ordering site to place your order.
- If sending a copy of your transcript to yourself or a specific individual, click the hyperlink under the search bar to enter the order information.
