Campus Housing

We are excited to have students making their new homes in our residence halls and apartments. We have designed our residential communities to foster student success. With great amenities like wireless internet, 24/7 computer labs, cable TV, comfortable lounges, workout equipment, security, laundry room, and game room, no wonder 545 students live on campus. Residence Life and Meal Plan Contract for the Fall 2026/Spring 2027 academic year will open on Monday, January 12, 2026, at 9 a.m.

On-campus housing is first-come, first-served. The sooner you complete the steps below after the contract opens, the higher you will be on the list for room selection.

Steps to Complete the Contract for Fall 2026/Spring 2027 (Available January 12th at 9 a.m.)

Complete the Contract

• Log in to your My Northeast student account.
• Click on the My Housing App.
• Click on the three red lines to the right of the Northeast logo
  • This brings up a menu on the left
• Click on Contract.
• Complete the Fall 2026 contract.

Pay the Non-Refundable $175 Administrative Contract Fee: You will be prompted to pay the fee at the end of the contract. You must pay the fee in order for your contract to marked complete.

Parent/Guardian Verification – If you are under 19, your parent/guardian must also sign the contract. A link will be sent to the email of your 1st “Emergency Contact.”
