Course is offered Hybrid with 25 hours online and 15 hours in person. The 40-hour 911 Dispatcher Basic Training is designed to provide comprehensive instruction and hands-on practice for individuals aspiring to become emergency dispatchers or seeking to enhance their skills in emergency call handling. This course covers the fundamental knowledge, technical skills, and essential competencies required to excel in the critical role of a 911 dispatcher. The course meets the requirements of the Nebraska Public Service Commission dispatcher standards 40-hour basic training.
