Qualifications:

1. Must be accepted into the second year of the Physical Therapist Assistant program
2. Must have a GPA of 2.5 or above
3. Must show financial need

Jagmohan Desai and Family Endowed Scholarship for Freshmen and Sophomores

Qualifications:

1. Must be enrolled in a health related program of study
2. Must be at least Half Time
3. Must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher

Marvin D. Hall Physical Therapist Assistant Memorial Scholarship

Qualifications:

1. Must be in the PTA program.
2. Must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
3. Must show financial need.
4. Must be enrolled in at least 6 Credits.

Richard Chaffin Memorial for Freshmen and Sophomores

Qualifications:

1. Must be a regularly enrolled full-time student
2. Must be majoring in the Physical Therapist Assistant program

S. Johnson Scholarship

Qualifications:

1. Must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher.
2. Must be sophomore enrolled in at least 6 credit hours.
3. First preference given to students enrolled in a nursing program. Second preference given to students enrolled in the Physical Therapist Assistant program.

West Holt Medical Services Foundation Scholarship

Qualifications:

1. Must be enrolled at least part time in one of the following programs: Nursing, HIMS, PT, PTA, Surgical Tech, or Radiologic Tech.
2. Must be a Nebraska resident of Holt, Rock, or Boyd county.
3. Must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
