Qualifications:

1. First consideration is given to employees, spouses of employees, or dependents of employees of Avera St. Anthony's in O'Neill; Second consideration is to students from Holt County in Nebraska
2. First preference is a health related field of study; Second preference is any field of study
3. Must show financial need

2. Must be a resident of Northeast's 20-county service area

Qualifications:

1. Must be enrolled at least part time in one of the following programs: Nursing, HIMS, PT, PTA, Surgical Tech, or Radiologic Tech.
2. Must be a Nebraska resident of Holt, Rock, or Boyd county.
3. Must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
