Qualifications:
- Must have completed more than 12 hours of instruction in the Adult Education Program
- Preference given to students with higher G.E.D. scores

- Must be a current Northeast student enrolled at least half time

- Must have legal status to reside in the U.S. and a be a resident of Nebraska or Western Iowa
- Must have been admitted to attend Northeast and be enrolled three-quarter time in a vocational degree, diploma, or certificate program for an in-demand occupation that pays at or above median wage within the region, as determined by Northeast Community College
