Your personalized agenda*, with your check-in location, will be sent to your Northeast student email account no later than August 14.

- Day 1: Friday, August 18
All new incoming students are required to attend on Day 1, 8:30 – 3:30. Day 1 of the program will provide you with opportunities to expand your mind and your Northeast network.
8:30 am: Check-In with your First Year Advisor (See personalized agenda* for location)
9:15 am: Keynote Speaker (Cox Activity Center)
10:30 am: Class Photo (As directed)
11:00 am: Rotating sessions, lunch provided (See personalized agenda* for location)
2:00 pm: Playfair/T-shirt Pick-Up (Hawks Village Green Space)
3:30 pm: Resource Fair (Union 73)

- Day 2: Saturday, August 19
Attend any or all events on Day 2 as fits your interests and comfort level. Day 2 of the program will provide you with fun-filled experiences to interact with your new friends beyond the classroom.
10:00 am - 1:00 pm: Hawk Shop open (Union 73)
11:00 am: Check-In (Union 73)- Fun Hands-on Activities, until 3:00 pm (Union 73)

Frequently Asked Questions
The Financial Aid, Admissions & Registration, Student Accounts, and the Hawk Shop bookstore will be open all summer. While you can reach all offices via phone and email you are also able to come to campus to finalize any unfinished business you have.
Yes, bring the Orientation Invitation that was mailed to you. Orientation is a personalized event, and your agenda is on that postcard. You will also need to know your Student ID #.
Your Student ID is ready to pick up at the College Welcome Center on the Norfolk Campus Monday – Friday between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. We will need to take your photo before issuing your ID.
