Embrace Hawk life and kick off your college journey the right way by attending New Student Orientation!

The New Student Orientation program is an essential aspect of the onboarding process for all students. Attending this event is a great way to connect with other new students and enjoy fun on-campus activities.

Thursday, August 15: Residential Student Move In!

For students with a housing contract to settle in.

Friday, August 16: Becoming a Hawk is an exciting journey!

Mandatory for all new students to learn about campus, resources, and develop a network to help you be successful.
Students will have opportunities to expand their minds and their Northeast network.

Saturday, August 17: Hawks show their school spirit every day!

Attendance is optional for this fun day with new friends.
Students will have fun-filled experiences to interact with new friends beyond the classroom.

Sunday, August 18: Hawks support one another!

Attendance is optional for this relaxing day of activities before classes start.
Students will learn more about how their home away from home encourages them to be their best selves.

10:30 AM: Hawk Amazing Race (Cox Activities Center)
11:45 AM: Faculty/Student Lunch and Learn (Various Locations)
1:00 PM: Pathway to Leadership (Cox Activities Center)
1:00 - 4:00 PM: Campus Tours (Union 73 and various locations)
2:00 PM: Technology Services (Lifelong Learning Center)
3:15 PM: Break/College Business (Various Locations)
7:00 PM: Free Money Trivia Game Show/Ice Cream Social (Hawks Village (LLC: Rain Location))
