NORFOLK, Neb. - Members of the Northeast Community College Early Childhood Education program and Power of Preschool hosted an event for families with children ages birth to five years of age. Springtacular featured a meal, games, and educational displays at the College’s Chuck M. Pohlman Agriculture Complex.
“Twenty-five organizations and businesses hosted booths with a number of games, prizes, along with bounce houses for the children,” said Lisa Guenther, early childhood education instructor. “We had 178 children and family members attend. It was a very fun night.
Educational information for parents was also made available to parents during the free event.
