NORFOLK, Neb. - Scott Gray, vice president of administrative services at Northeast Community College, administers the oath of office to two members of the Board of Governors at the board’s monthly meeting in Norfolk recently.
Julie Robinson, Norfolk, (District V) (left) and Carol Sibbel, O’Neill, (District II) were re-elected to their positions in the Nov. 2022 general election. Other members of the board who were also re-elected, Del Ames, Neligh, (District I), Steve Anderson, Concord, (District III), and Dr. Terry Nelson, West Point, (District IV) were sworn in in January.
