The collection is one of the Council’s service projects this fall. Toys for Tots coordinators, with the assistance of local social welfare agencies, church groups, and other local community agencies, distribute the toys to children in need in the community. The Student-Athlete Council is made up of members who provide insight on the student-athlete experience. It also offers input on the rules, regulations and policies that affect student-athletes’ lives on campus. In addition, members of the Council have the opportunity to offer input on issues affecting student-athletes at Northeast, while also offering input on national issues.
