In addition to the tree, seven other UL students and instructors, Kyle Voecks and Cleve Stolpe, placed lighted wreaths and banners on street lights as well as lighted ornamental snowflakes in the median along Norfolk Ave., between 1st and 8th Streets earlier this week. Northeast UL students have decorated Downtown Norfolk with the holiday displays for a number of years.
