NORFOLK, Neb. - Social distancing was imposed at the July meeting of the Northeast Community College Board of Governor’s at the Lifelong Learning Center on the Northeast campus in Norfolk.
It was the first in-person meeting of the board since the COVID-19 outbreak began this spring. Board meetings were held virtually in April, May and June.
