Job Description:

Taylor Farms is looking for an experienced Farm Hand to join their diverse, fast paced family operation in Goodland, Kansas. The Farm Hand must have a strong work ethic and have 3-5 years of farming experience. Compensation & Benefits: • $50,000-$60,000 per year, based on experience • Year end bonus • Health insurance • Paid time off • Housing available • Work pickup • Beef Job Duties: • Operate planters, tractors and other farm equipment as needed • Assist with harvest: running combine and grain cart • Drive semi – truck • Assist with irrigation • Perform maintenance and repairs on equipment • Assist with cattle as needed Schedule: Hours vary based on season • Busy season: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM, weekends for irrigation and maintenance • Off season: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM The Farm Hand must have an acceptable driving record as reflected by MVR. A CDL is not required, but preferred. The Farm Hand will be required to get their CDL.
