Job Description:
- Reports to: CEO Hours of Work: Full-time, 40 hours/week Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing all facets of human resources including staffing and onboarding, employee relations, payroll and tax reporting, workers compensation, benefits administration including fiduciary responsibilities with retirement plans, 5500 reports, ACA measurements and reporting and FMLA. Supervises Payroll/HR clerk. Develops and recommends human resources practices and procedures that support the facility. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participates in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Associates Degree in Human Resources or Business • Extensive payroll experience with an HRIS including federal and state tax reporting and W-2 processing. • Three or more years of HR generalist/administrator/supervisor role, supervisory/management experience and/or combination thereof. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business or related health field. • Five or more years of HR experience in all facets of Human Resources This institution is an equal opportunity provider and employer.
