Job Description:
- Position Purpose -This position is responsible for operation and maintenance of agronomy application equipment. This includes, handling, blending, delivery, and application of agricultural chemicals for customers. Other responsibilities include all agronomy operations and general activities consistent with the corporate objectives, purpose, and mission of the company. Responsibilities -Well-maintained facilities and equipment -Maintain good working relationship with customers and employees -Following all safety & regulatory policies and procedures -Exhibit integrity and professional attitude -Respect for all people Essential Duties -Operate agronomy floater and sprayer machines and all other agronomy equipment -Assist customers with loading/unloading of products -Assist in the mixing, loading, unloading and transporting of chemicals and fertilizers -Loading/Unloading warehouse with inventory -Maintenance/repair of agronomy equipment and facilities -Loading/Unloading equipment with agricultural chemicals -Communication with supervisor and employees regarding weather conditions during customer applications -Operate agronomy equipment (mixing/loading/blending) -Operate straight-truck for delivery to applicator/field -Communication with supervisor or location manager of inventory -Operate forklift, bobcat/skid-steer to load products as needed -Assist with other location duties as assigned

- Work Environment/Activity Management -Position requires ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Position requires work in various climates and temperatures outdoor and indoor.
