3 W Farms is looking for a hardworking, trustworthy, and experienced Farm Hand to join their family farm operation in Holdrege, Nebraska! Compensation & Benefits: • $50,000 - $60,000 per year based on experience • Bonus • 401K • Housing available • Paid time off • Work pickup • Lunches provided Job Duties include: • Assist with planting, spraying and harvesting • Operate a grain cart • Irrigate • Drive a Semi-Truck • General maintenance and repairs on equipment • Assist on family ranch once a year Schedule: Hours vary based on season • Regular season: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM • Busy season: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM For more information, call Carrie Brooks at 308-737-9449 or email your resume to carrie@connectingresourcesinc.com

Job Requirements

The Farm Hand must have an acceptable driving record as reflected by MVR. A CDL is not required, but preferred.
