- IMKO and our local Siouxland Client, have an opening for a Customer Service Representative. This client has multiple businesses within their organization. The Customer Service Representative must be a self-starter/motivated, and focused. The hours for the Customer Service Representative will be Mon-Fri 8a-5p with OT as needed. Customer Service Representative Responsibilities are/not be limited to: • Inbound/Outbound Calls • Greet guests as they enter their facility. • Data Entry • Assisting Customers with sales of awards, banners, signage, t shirts, jackets, polos and more. • Answer questions, resolve customer concerns. • Call Customer when orders are ready for pick up. • Typing orders. Requirements of the Customer Service Representative • Microsoft Word / Excel Skills/ QuickBooks • Customer Service skills • Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. • Attention to detail. • Time management skills Benefits Available and reviewed after 90 days.
