Responsibilities Include: - Operate late-model equipment for a range of tasks in crop production - service and maintain equipment, trucks, vehicles, and irrigation systems - assist in maintaining and managing farm properties - participate in essential trainings and certification classes as required - manage and execute tasks and projects efficiently Compensation Package: - Competitive salary based on level of education and experience - Retirement plan - PTO - Paid Holiday Break between Christmas and New Years - Health Insurance Options Available If Needed

Job Requirements

Qualifications: - 1+ year of farming experience - basic experience and knowledge of operating equipment - associates or Bachelors Degree - possess communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills - class A CDL or willingness to attain - work well with others and be part of a team - good work ethic, reliable & responsible, and positive attitude - involves physical activity, must be able to lift 50 lbs.
