Job Description:

Silver Creek Cattle, Inc. is searching for an individual for a feedlot and cow/calf operation in Northeast Nebraska. We currently custom feed around 1200 head and have around 300 cow/calf pairs. We have also started a small sheep enterprise. We run a regenerative grazing operation with low stress animal handling involving grazing plans rotational grazing for the cow/calf and sheep operations.

Job Requirements

This employee must be timely, pay attention to detail, willing to learn, and be a self starting/ self motivating individual. This individual must be able to communicate well and have problem solving skills. This individual must have experience running equipment. We would also prefer this individual have animal health and husbandry experience, but we are willing to teach that.

Wage:	30,000 Plus Housing and Beef for full time employee only. Part time wage dependent on experience.
