Job Description:

The right candidate will have the opportunity to apprentice and train with Chef Mark Consiglio, a New York CIA graduate with thirty years of experience. Job entails prep work, including dough fermentation process, stretching dough, assembling pizzas, loading pizzas and proficiently turning them in our Mara Forni oven, expediting and cashier roles as needed.

Job Requirements

Hard-working, conscientious, willingness to learn and master pizzaiolo skills. Must be available June 12-August 14th, work 40-hours per week, and have the endurance to keep pace at this high-volume restaurant while maintaining product quality. *Email or text a short 60-90 second video highlighting yourself and your best culinary skills, along with your resume and three references (at least one instructor).
