Position Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old Key Responsibilities: Answer 911 emergency and non-emergency calls Dispatch police, fire, and EMS resources Provide life-saving instructions over the phone Excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Ideal Candidate Profile: Excellent communication skills Ability to think and act decisively under pressure High school diploma or equivalent Committed to making a positive impact in the community
