Media Arts
Degrees and Programs
The media arts program is designed to prepare students for entry-level positions in the media broadcasting, journalism, and production industries. Students will build hands-on skills using fully equipped radio, television, sound recording, and video production facilities and participate in comprehensive theory classes, multimedia software and hardware training courses, and hands-on labs designed to provide a thorough production background. Job opportunities include video editor, field videography, audio/video support, broadcast camera operator, multimedia journalist, movie production assistant or grip, and independent filmmaking.
