What You'll Learn as an Apprentice
- Prepare dry ingredients for application
- Apply dry fertilizer to fields
- Prepare chemicals for application
- Treat ground with chemicals
- Operate sprayer equipment and fertilizer spreaders
- Clean and maintain equipment
Courses are 2 days per week for the first 8 weeks of the Fall semester and 3 half days for the first 8 weeks of the Spring semester. CDL Training is completed as scheduling allows. All courses are in-person at the Norfolk campus.

Average Starting Wage: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour (plus bonuses)
