Preamble
Students enrolled at Northeast Community College (Northeast) are expected to conduct themselves in a mature and responsible manner. It is the policy of Northeast to allow students maximum freedom consistent with goodscholarship and citizenship. Students are required to engage in responsible social conduct that reflects credit upon the college community and to model good citizenship in any community. Good citizenship implies high standardsof conduct and requires conformity to the laws of the United States, the Stateof Nebraska, its subdivisions, and to Northeast Community College, Board Policies and Administrative Procedures, this Student Code of Conduct and other policies and procedures.
Northeast Community College (Northeast) students are responsible for knowing the information, policies, and procedures outlined in this document. Northeast reserves the right to make changes to this Code as necessary and once those changes are posted online, they are in effect. Students are encouraged to check online for the updated versions of all policies and procedures.
Northeast Community College reserves the right to amend this document or vary the
policies and procedures as necessary.
