CONNECTION OF GUT HEALTH TO OVERALL HEALTH. Learn how the health of our gut and the microbes that live within us affect nearly every other system in our body. Autoimmune diseases, food intolerances, fatigue, skin irritations, weight gain, and stomach issues can all be a sign of poor gut health. This basic computer class offers a hands-on approach for participants to troubleshoot and resolve specific issues they encounter with their own devices. Attendees will bring their personal computers and receive tailored assistance from the instructor, addressing questions and challenges related to software, hardware, and general usage. This course provides a supportive environment to enhance your tech proficiency on your laptop. Participants need to bring their own device fully charged and know their password.
