O'NEILL, Neb. - Sara Paxton, of Stuart, PharmD and certified health coach, speaks on controlling blood sugar and cancer and nutrition during Northeast Community College’s 2020 Health Conference at the O’Neill Community Center recently.
Paxton was among four presenters at this year’s conference who spoke on additional topics including medical hypnotherapy, nursing licensure, cancer and nutrition and compassion fatigue.
Social distancing protocols were in place for the 80 attendees.
The Northeast Community College Health Conference has been submitted to the Midwest Multi-state Division for approval to award nursing contact hours. The Midwest Multi-state Division is accredited to approve continuing professional development for nursing professionals by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.
