NORFOLK, NE - Rachel Stratton, manager of Sacred Yoga in Norfolk and adjunct HPER (health, physical education and recreation) instructor at Northeast Community College leads a yoga class in conjunction with a personal training session during a Health and Wellness summer camp at the college last week. The session was one of three that were offered to high school students who have an interest in working in health related fields. Students also had an opportunity to take part in other hands-on activities and learn more about health related careers during the free, two-day camp. This included sessions in nursing and in health information management systems, as well as tours of Faith Regional Health Services (hospital) and the Northeast campus.
