WEST POINT, NE - The Northeast Community College Board of Governors held its monthly meeting at the Nielsen Community Center in West Point recently.
The meeting was held to coincide with a ribbon cutting ceremony for the Donald E. Nielsen Career and Technical Education Center, located just north of the Nielsen Community Center.
