Lincoln Premium Poultry & Costco hold meeting at Northeast

Jennifer Kolterman, of Lincoln Premium Poultry, speaks to approximately 50 people at a meeting at Northeast Community College Wednesday to discuss the company’s work with Costco, which is interested in constructing a processing plant, feed mill and hatchery near Fremont.

Kolterman and Jonathan Lutz, of Costco, spoke to city, county, businesspersons and others interested, including approximately 30 Northeast agriculture students, during the session. Lincoln Premium Poultry is also working with area producers to establish broiler barns to supply the processing plant with chickens.
