NORFOLK, NE – Northeast Community College’s softball conference opener this weekend has been postponed due to predicted inclement weather.
The doubleheader against North Iowa Area Community College that was scheduled for Saturday in Mason City, IA, will now be played on Wednesday, April 11, in Mason City. Games will be at 1 and 3 p.m.
The Northeast-North Platte Community College (NPCC) games scheduled for Sunday at Ta-Ha-Zouka Park in Norfolk are still scheduled to be played at this time. Games are scheduled for 1 and 3 p.m.
Meanwhile, Northeast will play NPCC in North Platte in a make-up doubleheader from earlier in the season. Those games will be held on Wednesday, March 28, at 2 and 4 p.m.
