Participants learned how to make icing, which tools to use, how to use the tools properly and how to decorate cupcakes using swirls and other fun designs.
At the end of the session, each participant took home nine decorated cupcakes in a carrier. A total of thirty-one students participated in the October and November sessions of Cupcakes 101, and additional sessions with a Valentine’s Day theme will be offered in January and February.
