Holly Quinn, director of Development at Northeast Community College, has been selected as one of 10 professionals to participate in the Council for Advancement and Support of Education’s (CASE) District VI Mid-Career Fellowship Program.
CASE is a global nonprofit organization that helps colleges, universities and schools of all types and locations advance their missions through alumni relations, communications, development, marketing and advancement services.
In June 2025, District VI, composed of Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming, launched the first Mid-Career Fellowship Program cohort.
Cohort members are advanced professionals with seven or more years of experience. Through the year-long program they will expand their leadership roles, commit to career growth and professional development, engage in mentorship and networking, serve the CASE community, and prepare for senior leadership roles through a transformational experience.
The format is primarily virtual, with one in-person session scheduled in Denver, Colorado.
“Our team is excited and honored to have Holly represent Northeast Community College and Northeast Community College Foundation at this level,” said Vice President of Development and External Affairs Tracy Kruse. “She is ready to deepen her expertise in strategic leadership, critical conversations and data-informed decision-making through this program.”
Quinn joined Northeast Community College in 2013 as the director of development services. Through her leadership, her team has grown from one employee to four full-time and one part-time staff members. The Foundation’s endowment has grown from less than $3 million to more than $50 million and scholarship awards have grown from less than $200,000 to $1.1 million.
“Holly is a leader who seeks opportunities to support and challenge herself and team members, helping everyone expand their skills and achieve their goals,” said Kruse. “She genuinely cares about the professional growth of herself and her team.”
Quinn earned degrees from Northeast Community College and Wayne State College. She holds a Certificate in Fundraising Management from the University of Nebraska Omaha.
A native of Ainsworth, Quinn resides near Battle Creek with her husband, Chris, and two children, Beckett and Anleigh.
