Planned Giving

Northeast is vital to the 20 county region they serve. The college is expanding its footprint on the 801 East Benjamin Avenue campus as well as other locations throughout Northeast Nebraska. At Northeast, we are continually striving to improve and grow. Our alums, faculty and staff, Board of Governors and Foundation Directors and their families have proven to be our greatest supporters. One way of giving to Northeast that does not lower your current standard of living but still makes a lasting impact on the College is through Planned Giving. Planned Giving (or estate planning) involves including the College in your will or estate plans. It's a great way to help Northeast thrive long into the future and to continue your legacy with the College.

If you have not already done so, please consider leaving Northeast in your will. Your gift can have a lasting impact on students for generations to come. If you have already left the college in your will, please let us know so we can make sure we have the documentation in place to ensure your intention with your generous gift will be followed in the spirit with which you have made this important step.

Do you know, more than half of the people in the U.S. don’t have a will? A goal without a plan is just a wish. Don’t wish your assets away. Everyone that owns anything has an estate and needs an estate plan. If you don’t have a plan, the state will step in at your death and make decisions for you, based on the current laws.

Education is the great equalizer. - J. Paul McIntosh
