402 Blue Collar Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in Auto Body Repair Technology, Automotive Technology, Diesel Technology, Electrical Construction and Control, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning, or Building Construction.
  2. First preference is given to students that are residents of Wayne County in Nebraska.
  3. Students must be enrolled full time.
  4. Students must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher.
  5. Students must show financial need.

Aaron Lund Memorial Drafting Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in Drafting.
  2. Students must be enrolled in at least six credits.
  3. Students must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher.

Arthur J. Schultz Memorial Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in Electromechanical Technology or Welding.
  2. Students must be enrolled in at least six credits.
  3. Students must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher.
  4. Students must show financial need.

ASTEC Industries Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. First preference given to students enrolled in Welding.
  2. Second preference given to students enrolled in Drafting-Mechanical.
  3. Third preference given to students enrolled in Electromechanical Technology.
  4. Students must be enrolled in at least six credits.
  5. Students must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Automotive Technology Advisory Committee Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in Automotive Technology.
  2. Students must be freshmen.
  3. Students must be enrolled full time.
  4. Students must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
  5. Students must show financial need.

Black Hills Energy Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in any Business, Marketing, Economics, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning, and Construction Management.
  2. Preference is given to students that reside in Black Hills Energy communities.
  3. Preference is given to students with leadership and community involvement.
  4. Students must be enrolled in at least six credits.
  5. Students must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Bluestem Renewable Energy Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in Electrical Construction and Control, Electromechanical Technology, or Wind Energy Technology.
  2. Students must be enrolled in at least six credits.
  3. Students must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher.

Boyd Jones Construction Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in Building Construction, Electrical Construction and Control, or Welding.
  2. Students must be enrolled in at least six credits.
  3. Students must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher.
  4. Students must show financial need.

Builders of the Future-Lucille Wuebben Bowder Memorial Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in Electrical Construction and Control, Plumbing, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning, or Building Construction.
  2. Students must be high school graduates of West Point-Beemer, Pierce, Norfolk, Battle Creek, or Wisner-Pilger.
  3. Students must be a participant of the Builders of the Future Program
  4. Students must be enrolled in at least six credits.
  5. Students must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher.

Cedar Knox Public Power District Memorial Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in Utility Line.
  2. Students must be a customer of Cedar Knox PPD, Dependent of a customer, or a resident of Bloomfield, Hartington, Laurel or Randolph.
  3. Students must be enrolled in at least six credits.
  4. Students must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher.

Concrete Reinforcing Steel Institute Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in Building Construction (AAS) or Drafting-Structural (AAS).
  2. Students must have completed one semester of building construction program.
  3. Students cannot be Northeast Community College employees or family members.
  4. Students must be enrolled in at least six credits.
  5. Students must have a GPA of 2.8 or higher.

Craig M. & Lori A. Cook Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in trade industry programs, nursing (ADN), or Nursing Practical programs.
  2. First preference given to students that reside in Northeast Community College 20 county service area.
  3. Second preference is given to students that are Nebraska residents.
  4. Students must be enrolled in at least six credits.
  5. Students must have a GPA 2.5 or higher.

Dan A. Marr Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. First preference to students enrolled in Electrical Construction and Control.
  2. Second preference is given to students enrolled in Wind Energy Technology.
  3. Third preference is given to students enrolled in Electromechanical Technology or Machining and Manufacturing Automation.
  4. First preference is given to Wayne High School graduates or Wayne County Residents.
  5. Second preference is given to residents of Elgin or Antelope Counties.
  6. Third preference is given to residents in Northeast Community College 20 county service area.
  7. Students must be enrolled in at least six credits.
  8. Students must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Diesel Technology Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in Diesel Technology.
  2. Students must be enrolled at least full time.
  3. Students must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
  4. Students must show financial need.

Dirk & Jan Petersen Drafting Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. First preference given to students enrolled in Pre-Engineering.
  2. Second preference given to students enrolled in Drafting.
  3. Students must be graduates of Norfolk Public Schools, Wisner-Pilger Public, Guardian Angles Central Catholic or Omaha Concordia High Schools.
  4. Students must be enrolled in at least six credits.
  5. Students must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in Drafting.
  2. Students must be enrolled in at least six credits.
  3. Students must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher.
  4. Students must show financial need.

Donald D. Heller Utility Line Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in Utility Line.
  2. Students must be a resident ratepayers or dependent children aged 24 and under of a resident ratepayer of SCPPD.
  3. Students must be enrolled in at least six credits.
  4. Students must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

  1. Students must be enrolled in Electrical Construction and Control.
  2. Students must be a sophomore.
  3. Students must be enrolled full time.

  1. Students must be enrolled in Drafting.

  1. Students must be enrolled in Automotive Technology.

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in Agriculture, Accounting, Practical Nursing, Nursing (ADN), or Utility Line.
  2. Students must be enrolled in at least six credits.
  3. Students must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher.

HVAC Industry Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning.
  2. Students must be sophomores.
  3. Students must be enrolled in at least six credits.
  4. Students must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  5. Students must show financial need.

Interstates Companies Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in Electrical Construction and Control.
  2. Students must be sophomores.
  3. Students must be enrolled in at least six credits.
  4. Students must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  5. Students must show financial need.

Jacob Benjamin Jensen Memorial Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in Utility Line.
  2. Students must be enrolled in at least six credits.
  3. Students must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher.

Jesse Retzlaff Memorial Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in Electrical Construction and Control.
  2. Students must be sophomores.
  3. Students must be enrolled full time.
  4. Students must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher.
  5. Students must show financial need.

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in Drafting.
  2. Students must be at sophomore status.
  3. Students must be enrolled in at least six credits.

John Henry’s Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in Plumbing, or Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning.
  2. Students must be enrolled in at least six credits.
  3. Students must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Kyle Swim Memorial Automotive Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in Auto Body Repair Technology or Automotive Technology.
  2. Students must be residents of Nebraska.
  3. Students must be enrolled in at least six credits.
  4. Students must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher.

Manufacturing Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in Machining and Manufacturing Automation, Electrical Construction and Control, Electromechanical Technology, Welding, Industrial Maintenance and Robotics, or a non-credit training program.
  2. First preference given to students that are residents of Cumming County in Nebraska.
  3. Second preference is given to students that are residents of Burt, Thurston, Wayne, or Stanton counties in Nebraska.
  4. Students must be enrolled in at least six credits.
  5. Students must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher.

Marcia Pankaskie Drafting Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in Drafting.
  2. Students must be incoming freshmen.
  3. Students must be residents of Northeast Community College 20-county service area.
  4. Students must be enrolled in at least six credits.
  5. Students must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
  6. Students must show financial need.

Mark Mullins Auto Repair Memorial Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in Auto Body Repair Technology or Automotive Technology.
  2. Students must be residents of Nebraska.
  3. Students must be at sophomore status.
  4. Students must be enrolled in at least six credits.
  5. Students must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher.

Matthew A. Cwach Memorial Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in Automotive Technology.
  2. Special consideration shall be given to those with a passion for automobiles and strong work ethic.
  3. Students must be enrolled in at least six credits.
  4. Students must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher.

Merle Mead Welding Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in Welding.
  2. Students must be enrolled in at least six credits.
  3. Students must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher.

Michael Foods’ Scholarship to Prime Future Maintenance

Qualifications:

  1. First preference given to students enrolled in Electromechanical Technology.
  2. Second preference is given to students enrolled in Electrical Construction and Control.
  3. Third preference is given to students enrolled in Machining and Manufacturing Automation.
  4. Fourth preference given to students enrolled in Welding.
  5. Fifth preference given to students enrolled in any future program related to Robotics.
  6. Students must be enrolled in at least six credits.
  7. Students must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher.

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in Building Construction, Electrical Construction and Control or Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning.

Nebraska Open Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in Accounting, Pre-Engineering, Journalism, Political Sciences, Business Administration, Environmental Sciences, Information Technology, Administrative Assistant Training, Utility Line, Plant Operations, Drafting, Electrical Construction and Control, Electromechanical Technology, or Machining and Manufacturing Automation.
  2. Students must be residents of Nebraska.
  3. Students must be enrolled full time.
  4. Students must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
  5. Students must show financial need.

Norfolk Builder’s Exchange Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in Building Construction, Electrical Construction and Control or Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning.
  2. Students must be sophomores.
  3. Students must be enrolled in at least six credits.
  4. Students must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher.

North Central Nebraska Wiremen’s Association Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in Electrical Construction and Control.
  2. Students must be sophomores.
  3. Students must be a resident of Antelope, Boyd, Holt, Knox, Pierce, or Rock County in Nebraska.
  4. Students must be enrolled in at least six credits.
  5. Students must have a GPA 2.0 or higher.

Northeast Community College Building Construction Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in AAS Building Construction
  2. Students must be at sophomore status.
  3. Students must be residents of Nebraska.
  4. Students must be enrolled in at least six credits.
  5. Students must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.

Northeast Community College Drafting Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in AAS Drafting program.

Northeast Community College Utility Line & Faculty Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in Utility Line.
  2. Preference given to students in the Utility Line Club.
  3. Students must be enrolled in at least six credits.
  4. Students must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  5. Students must show financial need.

Parker Family Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. First preference given to students enrolled in Drafting.
  2. Second preference given to students enrolled in Business.
  3. Students must be enrolled in at least six credits.
  4. Students must have a GPA 3.0 or higher.

Peter Kiewit Foundation Annual Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in a STEM program or vocational/CTE degree, diploma, or certificate program for a STEM occupation that pays at or above median wage within the region.
  2. Students must be residents of Nebraska.
  3. Students must be enrolled in a minimum of 9 credit hours per semester.
  4. Students must have and maintain a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
  5. Students must show financial need.

Public Power Equipment Show Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in Utility Line.
  2. Students must be enrolled in at least six credits.
  3. Students must have a GPA 2.0 or higher.

Rattlesnake Creek Wind Farm Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in Wind Energy, Renewable Energy, or Electrical Trades.
  2. Students must be enrolled in at least six credits.
  3. Students must have a GPA 2.0 or higher.
  4. Students must show financial need.

Richard Cruise Memorial Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in Utility Line.
  2. Students must be enrolled in at least six credits.

Ryan Andrew Lauenstein Memorial Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in Utility Line.
  2. First preference given to students who are graduates of Nebraska School District #145.
  3. Second preference given to students who graduated from Poudre School District (Fort Collins Colorado) Future Ready Career and Technical Education.
  4. Third preference is given to students in any other location.
  5. Students must be enrolled in at least six credits.
  6. Students must have a GPA 2.0 or higher.

Qualifications:

  1. First preference given to students who are enrolled in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning.
  2. Second preference is given to students who are enrolled in Electrical Construction and Control.
  3. Third Preference given to students who are enrolled in Diversified Agriculture.
  4. First preference given to residents of Randolph.
  5. Second preference given to residents of Cedar County.

Qualifications:

Wayne & Harriet Studebaker Drafting Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in Drafting.
  2. Students must be graduates of High School in Northeast Community College 20 county service area.
  3. Students must be enrolled in at least six credits.
  4. Students must have a GPA 2.5 or higher.
  5. Students must show financial need.

Wind Energy Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in wind energy.
  2. Students must be at sophomore status.
  3. Students must be enrolled full time.
  4. Students must have a GPA 2.5 or higher.
