Northeast’s Administrative Professional program equips students with the office and technology skills today’s employers are looking for. Students learn how to present a professional image, communicate effectively, and work confidently with a wide range of people and technologies. Training includes keyboarding, word processing, data processing, business communications, accounting, and records management—preparing students to thrive in most office environments. Students have the option between a certificate or diploma option.

  • Certificate Option

  • Diploma Option
The Administrative Professional Diploma expands on the certificate by focusing on key areas like customer service, communication, human relations, administrative tasks, and computer applications. This program prepares students with the knowledge and skills for a variety of office occupations.
