Business and Professional Development
This program is designed for those interested in developing the foundation necessary for developing leadership skills and presence. You will be given practical knowledge and insight on a number of different leadership skills and behaviors that will help you move from your current emerging leader or manager/supervisor position to one of a confident and capable leader. You will explore pathways to increase your effectiveness in areas of accountability, influence, empowerment, communication, team building and more. This training is highly engaging with interactive activities and personal planning.
