Farm and Ranch Welding

This course is designed to cover basic welding skills for farm and ranch purposes. Safe use of equipment is emphasized. Students will receive basic instruction and participated in hands-on experiences using oxyfuel welding, cutting, and shielded metal arc welding and gas metal arc welding (MIG). Supplies needed are welding helmet, welding skull cap, welding shirt or sleeves, leather shoes/boots, welding gloves, pliers, and clear safety glasses.
