56-Hour CDL Training
Instruction will include everything you will need to know to pass the license exam, pre-trip inspection, and practical driving test. You will spend 16 hours in the classroom that will prepare you for the written test needed to obtain a learner's permit. You will then complete the 40-hour driving portion of the course in Norfolk, which will culminate with a driving test. The testing fee is included in the course cost. Financial Assistance is available through the Community College Gap Assistance Program for students meeting income guidelines. For more information, contact Amy Kaiser at (402) 844-7245.
