Job Description:

Veterinary Medical Clinic is looking for a self-motivated individual with knowledge of animal health, great customer service, organizational skills, excellent communication, confident in handling animals. Our clinic is family- oriented, small animal dominant, and 30+ years established. Job Description: • Clean and keep clinic organized with a well-stocked inventory • Takes dogs for walks as well as clean kennels and litter boxes • Help groomer when needed • Professionally answer incoming phone calls and take messages • Welcome clients in a courteous manner • Chart and maintain patient records • Work well in fast-paced environment Hours: • 7:45 AM to 5:30 PM • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Rotating Saturdays (7:45 AM - 12:30 PM)

Job Requirements

Qualifications: • High School Diploma • Animal Experience (2 years) • Ability to lift 50 pounds • Restrain 100+ pound dogs Skills: • Multitask easily • See and do things without being asked • Hold dogs and cats correctly for doctor or the groomer • Patient and trustworthy personality • Show leadership in a team atmosphere • Excellent mathematical, spelling, and writing skills • Ability to use multi-line phone system • Schedule efficiently • Professionally contact other clinics or clients
