We currently have exciting opportunities for a civil engineering technician in the land development industry on commercial, residential, institutional and municipal projects. EGA provides its employees the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the planning, design and construction observation process. Responsibilities: • CAD drafting with Civil3D program, • Accurately preparing CAD drawings using firm standards within an allotted timeframe, • Assisting engineers with civil design, including: o Horizontal and vertical design for streets and parking lots, o Grading design, o Sanitary and storm sewer design, o Design of water and other utilities. • Assisting engineers with construction plan preparation, • Preparing applications for permits through City, County, State and Federal agencies.

Job Requirements

• 2-year degree in CAD Drafting, • AutoCAD Civil 3D experience or training required, • Microsoft Office experience required, • Individuals with past work experience are preferred, • Excellent oral and technical written communication skills.
