WHAT WILL YOU DO AS OUR FULL TIME GRAPHIC DESIGNER? Work efficiently on a Mac in the Adobe Creative Suite while continually striving to learn and advance knowledge. Expertise in InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom & Photoshop Produce various forms of visual communications for a wide range of marketing and advertising projects. This includes digital media such as social graphics, email marketing, web graphics, banner ads, presentations, and more, plus print work such as outdoor, advertisements, and collateral. Artistic ability, an eye for design and layout and a passion for creativity Juggle multiple projects and adhere to deadlines while producing quality work Learning and managing client brands Self-Starter, works well with little to no supervision Thinking strategically about each project’s unique needs Providing input on the best strategies to meet client goals Contribute to elevating our design product to ensure we continue providing the level of excellence we are known for. Job Requirements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Preferred Qualifications: An associate or bachelor’s degree in graphic design Proficient use of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Products Experience working in Mac based environment is preferred A creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills Detail Oriented Desire to excel in a fast-paced environment Strong verbal and visual communication skills Excellent team player as well as ability to independently handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines The ability to adapt images and ideas across various communications channels Thrives in an environment of continual feedback Ability to be flexible and able to adapt personal approach and working style to accommodate the project or client needs Self-motivation and ability Full-Time Position Experience: Graphic design: 1 year (Preferred) Adobe Creative Suite: 1 year (Preferred)
