Job Description:

As a Tactical Power Generation Specialist, you’ll supply the power needed to run virtually every aspect of Army activity; power that must be available whenever and wherever the Army needs it. You will supervise and perform maintenance and repairs on power-generation equipment, internal combustion engines, and associated equipment in mobile and stationary power plants. You’ll train to use high-tech test and diagnostic equipment, read complex wiring schematics and diagrams, and repair electrical components. Job Requirements

No training or experience required. Complete initial training. Attend 1 weekend drill per month and 2 weeks of annual training. ASVAB test and medical examination required at no charge to you. Between the ages of 17-35, American citizen or permanent resident, Pass the ASVAB test and a medical physical.
