Adult Education Administrative Assistant - Norfolk Campus

Job Description:

The purpose of this position is to record student information and be an effective ambassador for Adult Education. This is accomplished by providing necessary reports, scheduling tests as needs, answering the telephone, greeting walk-ins, working with other staff in department, providing released information, processing mail, and entering necessary information on computer.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree preferred. Requires strong telephone, computer, organizational and communication skills and ability to work successfully with the public, provide courteous customer service, and conform to deadlines. Applicant is required at least 1 year of related experience.
