Job Description:

Service Technician responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, maintaining records of service, scheduling regular maintenance, and providing excellent customer service.
Our ideal candidate is a problem-solver who has in-depth knowledge of mechanical systems and basic electrical principles.
Ultimately, the role of the Service Technician is to ensure that all equipment is running smoothly and to respond quickly to any malfunctions.
Inspect, maintain, and repair various types of equipment
Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions
Maintain records of service and repairs
Schedule and perform regular maintenance and servicing
Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures
Order and replace parts and equipment as necessary
Assist with installation of new equipment.

Job Requirements
-
Must have own tools.
Proven experience as a Service Technician
In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems and basic electrical principles
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work well under pressure and handle emergencies
Good physical condition and strength
Valid driver’s license
