The ACT assessment is published and administered by The American College Testing Program. The exam is accepted by most colleges and universities to fulfill entrance requirements. Northeast administers the ACT assessment on the national test dates dictated by ACT.

Students are required to upload a photo when they register to test. Students who do not upload a photo by the Tuesday before test day, or who are not granted an ACT Approved Exception, will not be able to test.
- The student reports to the assigned test center listed on their admission ticket. If
the student is not on the test center’s roster they will not be admitted.
- Bring a printed copy of the ACT admission ticket to the test center. If
the student does not have a printed copy the ACT admission ticket, the student
will not be admitted.
- Bring acceptable photo ID. If the student does not have ID that meets ACT requirements,
the student will not be admitted to test.
Test scores are good for 5 years.
Students may have their ACT scores sent to Northeast Community College by
indicating Northeast Community College as a recipient when taking the ACT test.
If the student did not have his/her ACT scores sent to Northeast Community
College at the time of the ACT test, the student can contact ACT requesting the
score be sent to Northeast. ACT may charge a fee.
