The sounds of winter at Northeast

NORFOLK, NE – A large crowd spent a recent Sunday afternoon enjoying the sounds of the winter season at Northeast Community College as the Music Department held its annual Winter Concert in the Lifelong Learning Center.

Selections of the season, including Aurora Borealis, Let it Go, Yellow Mountains, and Winter Dreams, were performed by Northeast’s men’s and women’s audition ensemble Ebony and Crimson, Singer’s Express, and Concert Choir, which are under the direction of Stewart Cramer, music instructor and director of vocal activities at Northeast with Margaret Schultz, serving as accompanist. Also performing was the Community/College Concert Band, under the direction of Kevin McLouth, instrumental music instructor/director of instrumental activities at Northeast.
