NORFOLK, NE - Bryce Smyth, of North Bend, a welding student at Northeast Community College, uses a fire extinguisher to put out a controlled fire under the supervision of Norfolk Fire Marshall Terry Zwiebel. Zwiebel was on campus recently conducting live demonstrations for faculty, staff and students.
