“We are proud to have this new website to provide information on all of our athletic programs,” said Kurt Kohler, dean of student life and athletics. “The website not only reports the latest scores, but also features news items, social media updates, accomplishments of our student-athletes, schedules, individual and team statistics and more. We are pleased to be able to provide information on all Hawks’ athletics programs through this one, comprehensive website.”
Kohler said fans will also be able to livestream many home Northeast athletic contests and download media guides as well as purchase Hawks’ apparel and merchandise.
Northeast Community College developed the new site in partnership with Presto Sports which has designed and built over 2,000 websites for colleges, conferences, high schools and other athletic organizations.
The website may also be accessed through the main Northeast website www.northeast.edu.
Northeast Community College, which is also a member of the Iowa Community College Athletic Conference, has eight intercollegiate athletic programs – men’s and women’s basketball, men’s and women’s soccer, men’s golf, women’s volleyball, as well as baseball and softball.
