During the regular academic semester the library's hours are as follows:
7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. Monday-Thursday
7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Friday
1:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Sunday
Library hours during summer sessions are as follows:
7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday-Thursday7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Friday
1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Sunday
Students, faculty and staff are automatically registered to check out library materials. If you are not a college employee or current student, you will need to present a valid government issue ID and complete a library registration form.
You may make an interlibrary loan request for library materials including books, videos and journal articles. We will then borrow the material from another library if it is available.
This service is available at no charge for students, faculty and staff. There is usually a 5-7 business day turnaround.
The library does not have textbooks required for classes offered at Northeast. You may purchase or rent your textbooks at the bookstore {phone number (402) 844-7140}.
When you try to access one of our databases a message box should pop up with instructions to enter your Northeast student id number.
